The StethoMe® team is looking for a candidate for the position of

VP of Growth

The person at this position will be responsible for:

  • defining the company’s growth plan,
  • coordination and execution of the growth plan,
  • optimization of the revenue funnel

This is how we understand it:

  • defining and executing the strategy of customer acquisition in the B2C channel (both inbound and outbound) including key actions involving the doctors and KOLs,
  • launching and testing the effectiveness of all inbound channels in order to attract potential customers,
  • measuring what matters when it comes to ensuring the growth of the business, focusing on maximising conversion & LTV, and keeping CAC & churn at a healthy level,
  • providing customer insight by blending the data with a deep understanding of user needs, habits, and perceptions developed through targeted interviews, usability studies, and customer feedback (led by the Product Owner),
  • being responsible for the good name of the brand, marketing, and PR actions,
  • cooperating with the Product Owner on the customer journey and happiness of the end customer,
  • defining key areas of product improvement on the basis of customer journey analysis in order to increase key metrics (together with the Product Owner),
  • international rollout of B2C strategy,
  • responsibility for e-commerce,
  • responsibility for B2B activities,
  • responsibility for building and managing the Sales, Marketing and Customer Success team globally,
  • working cross-functionally with engineering, design, product management, operations, and marketing in order to design and execute growth initiatives,
  • reporting directly to the CEO,
  • prioritizing growth initiatives and product changes,
  • making sure that the right data infrastructure is in place.

What we require:

  • professional experience in working at a similar position, proven by at least 5 years of marketing,
  • very good knowledge of the Internet and online marketing, including profound understanding of the social media platforms,
  • very good understanding of both written and spoken English language,
  • being able to plan, think analytically, and operate outside of the box,
  • self-sufficiency, dedication, and enthusiasm.

The following would be considered additional advantages:

  • familiarity with the European/US medical market,
  • knowledge of German or French language.
