The system is based on simultaneous detection of abnormal auscultation sounds and measurement of respiratory parameters that are important in the course of asthma. If any of the parameters deviates from the normal range, StethoMe® will inform you of this immediately.
The combination of the StethoMe® stethoscope and the StethoMe® AI algorithms enables performing lung auscultation and recording of breathing sounds in order to automatically detect any abnormal signals in the respiratory system. The stethoscope and the algorithms are certified medical devices.
Clinically validated
During aggravation, the bronchi contract, leading to appearance of additional wheezing sounds that can be heard using the stethoscope

Turn on the StethoMe® stethoscope and launch the StethoMe app on your mobile phone. Sign in to your account.
Put the stethoscope to the child’s chest. The system will guide you step by step. In the event of an error in measurement, it will tell you how to improve the recording. You will also be notified if the noise in the room is too loud.
Now it is the time for the StethoMe® AI to do the work - it will analyse the sounds and provide you with a result right away. You can then provide the information on symptoms and medicines administered and send the whole examination data to your doctor if you have any doubts.
That is all! Quick and effective!
You can use the StethoMe stethoscope to examine your child on your own. The sounds recorded are received by the StethoMe AI system in the cloud. The algorithms analyse the sounds with great precision and will notify you of any abnormalities found in the respiratory system. You can add information on your child’s symptoms and the medicines given. The examination data is stored securely on your account, creating a medical history. At any time you can share it with a doctor, who will choose optimal treatment on its basis.
You examine. StethoMe® analyses. Doctor diagnoses.

Jana Karglová Head of Group PR & MarketingAuscultation remains one of the most important methods of evaluating the respiratory system condition due to its availability, safety and low cost. The purpose of research conducted by StethoMe® in collaboration with Poznań University of Medical Sciences is the objectivization of this method, which would be furthered to a great extent by the acoustic analysis of sounds and the possibility of archiving them.
Prof. Anna Bręborowicz Head of the Department of Pediatric Pulmonology, Allergy and Clinical Immunology, 3rd Department of Pediatrics, Poznań University of Medical SciencesIt’s a device that can be very helpful with one of the problems that is faced everyday by many allergologists. We need to rely on the account of the patient and their parents. What is particularly questionable is the accounts of parents regarding obstructed bronchi in little children who are undergoing respiratory tract infection. This may lead to incomplete treatment or, increasingly often, to overdiagnosis of asthma.
Wojciech Janowicz, M.D., Ph.D. Specialist in AllergologyThere are no physicians having at their disposal an acoustic data base as extensive as the one used by the StethoMe® electronic stethoscope for classifying sound signals. With such an "assistant diagnostician" it is possible for a physician to dedicate more time to making a more accurate diagnosis supplemented with additional medical data of the patient.
Prof. Anna Preis Institute of Acoustics, Adam Mickiewicz University in PoznańI believe they have a breakthrough product that serves an existing but as of yet not technologically well served market. Their product drew my attention as a solution for both doctors and patients. The market potential for patients is vast; the young and the chronically ill are the main user markets. I see a huge general use case and an unprecedented business opportunity for a medical device.
Doctor Raymond Mookhram Chairman of the Board of KANSO BVThe team of StethoMe®, a group of professionals in their field, has created with great meticulousness and passion a device that can make the life of parents of children suffering from illnesses easier. They took a very professional approach, perfected every detail and… they made it - they created a small device with great possibilities.
Paweł Małecki, M.D. Specialist in PaediatricsIt is something I have been looking for since my first child was born, but actually I had only a thermometer. It was terrible not to have any reliable device to monitor the condition of my children when they were ill. When I look back now, the time I spent waiting for the visit when one of my children was coughing and couldn’t breath correctly and I wasn’t sure what is going on was so nervous and costed me a lot of my own health.
Karolina Jabłońska Mother of 2 childrenAmazing product, it’s not just another "toy" medical device, it’s based on solid scientific development. And above all, it’s a strong team behind it driving it with great passion. They make super fast progress, I’m impressed with the achievements they made so far.
