What impact do we want to achieve?

Our mission is to make life better and safer for children with asthma. We want to help little patients, their parents and doctors. Our dream is that there is a modern tool that provides efficient and comprehensive disease monitoring on a daily basis in the medical cabinet of every sick child’s home. We strongly believe that the best medical care can start at the patient’s home.

We want to be a pioneer and leader in developing advanced medical solutions. We want these to be reliable, safe and intuitive to use too. We founded StethoMe^® to give people all around the world easy access to the highest quality diagnostic capabilities, supported by modern AI technologies.

So, who are we?

Wojciech Radomski

CEO & Co-Founder

A strategist and project leader with over 13 years of experience in the IT sector. He successfully established and managed the Programa.pl Software House, as well as three technological startups. He is a co-founder of iTraff Technology — an image recognition technology used by companies such as Coca Cola, EA or PepsiCo. Privately, he is also a sportsman - ATV Polska vice champion, marathon runner, triathlete and Enduro racing fan.

Paweł Elbanowski

COO & Co-Founder

A project leader with over 13 years of experience in the IT sector. An expert in the field of business development and project management. He has experience and a proven track record of participating in private sector global brand projects.

Marcin Szajek

CTO/CSO & Co-Founder

He has over 10 years of experience in the IT sector. Machine learning specialist with a master’s degree in computer science, specialising in data processing technologies. Holder of PRINCE2, Cisco CCNA, and IBM DB2 certificates. Finalist of the 2018 edition of the ‘Innovators under 35’ contest.

Dr Honorata Hafke-Dys

VP Product & Co-Founder

The originator of StethoMe^®, with over 15 years of experience leading interdisciplinary scientific projects. An innovator and interdisciplinary individual with a PhD in biophysics, an acoustician and psychophysicist who has authored over 30 scientific publications. TEDx speaker, winner of the Young Scientists award from the European Acoustics Association (EAA) and the Rector’s Award from Adam Mickiewicz University for the discovery of a new mechanism for processing sound information.

Prof. Jędrzej Kociński

VP Regulatory & Co-Founder

Certified ISO 13485 auditor, responsible for the company’s quality management system. He has been conducting scientific research for over 15 years and also works on regulatory issues in the medical device market. He holds a Ph.D. in physics, with a post doctorate in biophysics. A lecturer, scientist and leader of scientific projects at Adam Mickiewicz University.
